At Outdoor Fabric Central, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or outdoor accessory isn't perfect, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unused fabric or hardware in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that custom-cut yardage may be subject to a restocking fee.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
