What is the difference between water-resistant and waterproof fabric?
Water-resistant fabrics are treated with a coating that repels water but may eventually soak through in heavy rain, whereas waterproof fabrics are completely impermeable to water, making them ideal for marine use or heavy-duty protective covers.
Do you offer fabric samples before I place a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches to ensure the color and texture meet your expectations. Samples can be ordered directly from each product page for a small nominal fee.
How should I clean and maintain my outdoor cushions?
Most of our high-performance fabrics, including Sunbrella, can be cleaned with a solution of mild soap and lukewarm water. For tougher stains or mildew, a diluted bleach solution may be used on solution-dyed acrylics without fading the color.
What is your return policy on cut-to-yardage fabric?
Because fabric is cut specifically to your requested length, we generally do not accept returns on yardage unless there is a manufacturer defect. We encourage ordering samples first to ensure satisfaction.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock fabrics typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom-sewn items, such as pillows or cushions, usually have a lead time of 2-4 weeks depending on the current production volume.
Will my fabric color fade in direct sunlight?
We specialize in solution-dyed fabrics where the pigment is infused into the fiber. These materials are specifically engineered to resist UV fading for several years, even in high-exposure environments.
